Threadjacking, attacks and stuff? I'm generally okay with it as long as it makes sense and/or goes with the flow. Most likely I'll roll with whatever happens. This includes 4th wall breaking and knowing of Shizuo from previous game experience (if the current game supports that.) I just go by rule of common sense. If you're not sure, then just toss the idea of what you wanna do over to me.
Fourth Wall Permissions
In the world of Durarara, some canons are still known as anime in that world. This includes the Hell Girl and Black Butler series, so it's very likely that there are other shows that are known as fictional shows. Sailor Moon might even be recognized. It just happens.
Luckily Shizuo isn't big with TV and the like, so he wouldn't know every series out there, but he might recognize that, hey, that person kinda looks like the person in some show.
